In 1987, the UN General Assembly decided to celebrate this date annually on June 26. This day symbolizes the determination of the world community to strengthen international cooperation to create a drug-free society. Drug addiction has become one of the main problems of the entire world community and one of the most terrible phenomena of our time.
During the event, the children learned about the harmfulness of the drug potion, its impact on every human organ, on the whole body and personality as a whole. Students were presented with vivid examples from the life of a drug addict, illustrations of human organs subjected to a drug attack. As a result of reasoning, the students themselves made logical conclusions about what you need to live without drugs, that their use leads to the destruction of the body and death.
We all need to fight for our future and for the healthy future of our children. It is very important to continue to raise awareness about the dangers of drugs among schoolchildren, as among young people there is a widespread perception that there are “weak”, “light” safe drugs that do not cause addiction and destruction of the body.
