Ceramics
Pottery was one of the most common Medieval Bolgar craft. Numerous pottery workshops produced a variety of pots, jugs, vessels, cauldrons and tableware.The majority of the produced items had various patterns. Bolgar’s ceramics was predominantly yellow and red. It was also widespread in the neighboring countries and peoples due to the developed trading activities of the Volga Bulgaria. In the 13th century, Bolgar potters started to make ceramic water pipes.
