On August 20, a researcher at the Bolgar Museum‑Reserve O.P. Osintseva, together with a kindergarten teacher from the “Kolosok” kindergarten, held the event “Three Colors of Russian Glory”, which was timed to coincide with Flag Day of the Russian Federation.
During the event, the children learned about the history of the flag, its meaning, and the interpretation of its colors.
In the practical part of the event, kids completed creative tasks: they played the attention‑testing game “White, Blue, Red,” made applications — balloons in the sky, and also painted one of Russia’s symbols, the matryoshka, using only the colors of the tricolor — white, blue, and red.
