On 17 August 2021, in the exhibition area of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization will open a photo exhibition “History lives in our streets” devoted to the City Day.
Streets are silent witnesses and keepers of the history of our cities, and they can tell a curious man about many interesting things. Many streets are named after writers and poets, communist officials, significant dates and holidays, the heroes of the Civil War of 1917-1922 and the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
The exhibition presents to the audience photos of Bolgar streets and monuments located there, photos of people after whom these streets were named.
The exhibition will last until 18 October 2021.
