3 December 2020. A knowledge lecture on “Your name is unknown, your feat is immortal”.

On 3 December 2020, a research associate of the museum and educational department of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Krivosheyeva S. V. held a knowledge lecture on “Your name is unknown, your feat is immortal”.
At the lecture, children learned that on 3 December people in Russia celebrate the Day of Unknown Soldier – a holiday established in memory of the dead soldiers of USSR and Russia.
On 24 October 2014, the State Duma of the Russian Federation established this holiday in memory of the Soviet and Russian warriors killed in combat within or outside the country.
At the event, the kids saw a presentation and postcards of the Unknown Soldier memorial in Moscow in Alexandrovsky Garden, learned about the work of Siberian search parties aimed at search and memorialization of warriors disappeared during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
