A report of Muhametshin D.G. on “Epigraphic monuments of the West Kama Region” was devoted to the study of tombstones, which are an important source of information on the history of the native land. They are found in small villages and in large cities. The study of their cultural heritage is held for years but now, there is the need to preserve and restore the stones, to create a memorial exposition. All this is a part of our work.
A report of Vagapov R. Young people always were active participants of these events and showed a particular interest to their history.
A report of Muhametshin I. D. on “Monitoring in the area of the Kuibyshev Reservoir” told about an urgent problem of the preservation of cultural heritage of decaying monuments in Kuibyshev waters. Currently, there are processes of erosion of a cultural layer and actions of different people causing damage to the monuments. Annual monitoring provides opportunities to keep abreast of all changes and contributes to a more active protection of our cultural heritage.
At the end of the conference, Markova M. P. summarized the work with young people under the program of job-specific shift “Spassky trackers”.
