On 23 October 2020, under the rubric “The history of one exhibit” for your attention there are women’s jewelry – “chulpy” or braid decorations, which all women wore from childhood. Tatar girls usually braided their hair making two cornrows and weaved braid decorations into them. Chulpy were slightly below the waist.
Braid decorations consist of 3-5 large silver coins tied to a string. Special chulpy became widespread – they consisted of large figured badges and coins made with great love and taste.
