On 17 March 2020, an exhibition “Clinking steel” took place.

On 17 March 2020, a staff member of the department of exhibition activity of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Gatina Y. P. opened an exhibit “Clinking steel” in the exhibition area of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization. The students of Bolgar Children’s Art School participated in the opening. The exhibition was devoted to the 60th anniversary of Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin Ravil Gabdelbashirovich. He was born on 28 October 1960 in Kazan. In 1984, he graduated from Kazan Art School. In 1990, Zagidullin was admitted to the Union of Artists of USSR.
The works of this famous painter are a classic of Tatar painting of XX-XXI centuries. They are located in many major museums and private collections in Russia and abroad. Bolgar Museum-Reserve is no exception. At the exhibition, the artist’s historical paintings from funds of the museum with images of architectural monuments of the museum-reserve were presented.
At the end of the event, the students gathered the puzzle pieces of the copies of artist’s paintings.
