On November 16-17, 2019, Samara hosted the final of the National award in the field of event tourism Russian Event Awards, at which the Bulgarian Museum-reserve presented its sweetest interactive gastronomic program “Bal-May” and took first place in the nomination “Best interactive program of a tourist event”.
Projects from Kazan, Tver region, the Republic of Udmurtia, the Republic of Buryatia, the Sverdlovsk region and the Krasnoyarsk territory competed with the Bulgarian Museum-reserve.
Great assistance in the presentation of the program was provided by our strategic partner LLC “Bal-Moi”, the only official manufacturer in Russia of this ancient, unique dish.
“Bal-May” is a bright, memorable culinary visiting card of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve, which gives an opportunity to taste history.
