VIII St. Petersburg international cultural forum was held from 14 to 16 November 2019. The theme of this year’s forum is “Cultural codes in the context of globalization”. The forum is deservedly recognized as a world-class cultural event, annually attracting thousands of experts in the field of culture from around the world: theater, Opera and ballet stars, outstanding Directors and musicians, Russian and foreign Museum Directors, public figures, representatives of government and business, and the academic community. The organizers of the Forum: the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg. The forum is developing in parallel in three directions. The extensive business program is of interest to specialists in various fields of culture. The festival program includes numerous cultural events for residents and guests of St. Petersburg. The business platform creates conditions for the implementation of projects and the signing of agreements in the field of culture.
