November 5, 2019. Lecture “Constitution-the basic law of the state”.

On November 5, 2019, employees of the Department of organization of excursions of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Sabirzyanova L. I. and Glavnova V. N. held a lecture “the Constitution – the basic law of the state” for children from the school camp of MBOU “BSOSH No. 1”.
Laws regulate all spheres of life of the rule of law. The set of rules underlying legislation is written in the Constitution. The Constitution is the basic law of the state, which has the highest legal force and determines the foundations of the state system, the relationship between the citizen and the state, as well as the organization of state power.
In Russia, the beginning of the constitutional system laid Manifesto October 17, 1905 the Constitution of the RSFSR was adopted on July 10, 1918 the Constitution of the USSR-January 31, 1924, December 5, 1936, October 7, 1977.
The current Constitution of the Russian Federation was adopted by popular vote on December 12, 1993. and on November 6, the holiday of our small Motherland – the Republic of Tatarstan is celebrated, since on this day in 1992 at the 12th session of the Supreme Council adopted the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the lecture, the children learned about the emergence of laws, their importance and necessity in society, considered the main articles of the Constitution, as well as got acquainted with the types of legal liability in case of violation of laws.
