24 may 2019 associate of the Department of organization of the city’s BGIAMZ Abdrakhmanova A. R. for students from Leninogorsk conducted informational-educational lesson “Our heritage” dedicated to the International day of nature reserves.
The international day of nature reserves is one of the professional holidays for the keepers of protected lands. The holiday is celebrated annually on may 24 all over the world at the initiative of the International Union of nature protection. Today there are more than a hundred nature reserves in Russia. One of them is the Bulgarian state historical and architectural Museum-reserve (BGIAMZ), which this year will be 50 years old.
BGIAMZ is an object of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is protected by UNESCO. On the territory of the Museum-reserve there are architectural monuments of XIII-XIV centuries, which the children learned a lot of interesting things. Children heard legends and stories related to the monuments, as well as actively asked questions about modern museums and medieval buildings of the Museum-reserve. Students received in memory of the ancient city of Bolgar beautiful postcards with images of attractions of historical and architectural complex and brief information about them.
