On March 9-11, 2019 the staff of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Tsareva A. A. and Guryanova K. M. took part in the XIV international tourism exhibition “Intourmarket”, which was held at the IEC “Crocus Expo” (Moscow).
The Intourmarket exhibition is a specialized tourist platform for expanding intra-industry dialogue and developing optimal solutions and ways of market development in the new conditions. It develops effective mechanisms and establishes inter-sectoral relations that help to create fundamentally new quality tourism products and raise the level of service in the industry.
By tradition, the widest way were presented tourist opportunities of Russian regions. This year the exhibition was opened by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets. Tourist products from more than 70 Russian regions – virtually all regions where tourism is considered as one of the locomotives of the local economy-were presented at the Intourmarket. At the stands of cities, regions and republics visitors were able to get detailed information about new tourist routes, hotels, museums and other attractions of Russia. From foreign countries, the exhibition also included stands of Spain, Cuba, China, Italy, Palestine, Cyprus, Moldova, Greece and Bulgaria.
Tatarstan has traditionally been presented on a joint booth of Visit Tatarstan. The stand was attended by more than 20 representatives of the tourism industry of Tatarstan — museums-reserves “Kazan Kremlin”, “Island-town Sviyazhsk”, “Great Bolgar”, Elabuga Museum-reserve, as well as representatives of tour operators and accommodation facilities.
At the exhibition, the staff of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve communicated with professionals in the field of tourism, exchanged experiences with colleagues, received new valuable contacts and fresh ideas for work in the new tourist season. All interested were provided with advertising and information booklets, where you can get acquainted with new objects and new routes of the Museum-reserve.
