On January 27, an exciting event “It’s time to talk” took place at Bolgar secondary school No. 2, in which a researcher of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve G.M. Musina participated. The meeting began with the performance of the song “Tugan tel” (“Native language”), which created a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
During the event, the students learned about the importance of being able to communicate fluently in different languages for cultural enrichment, broadening their horizons and increasing their career opportunities. Fluency in several languages opens the door to new knowledge and international cooperation.
During the conversation, the children actively asked questions, which indicates their interest and desire to better understand the meaning of multilingualism. The schoolchildren learned that studying the Tatar language provides a unique opportunity to become acquainted with the rich history and culture of the Tatar people. Through language, one can better understand the literature, music, customs and traditions of the Tatar nation, which have been preserved for centuries.
The event was an important reminder that languages are not only a means of communication, but also a bridge to peace, culture and new opportunities.
13 people attended the event.
