November 23, 2018 in the Bulgarian Museum-reserve held an extended meeting of the Academic Council with the participation Of the head of the Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, K.. At the meeting of the Academic Council considered and subsequently approved the following issues:
1. Plan of events dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve.
2. Publications of the Museum-reserve for 2019.
3. Work plan Of the scientific Council of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve for 2019.
And there was a discussion of the scientific concept of the exposition of lapidary.

2019 anniversary year promises to be more intense and fruitful, and today the staff of the Museum-reserve set important tasks that need to be addressed in the near future.
Summing up the meeting, members of the Academic Council and invited guests took part in the opening ceremony of the IV Regional scientific and practical conference “Bulgarian Museum-reserve-Keeper of historical and cultural heritage”, which was held in the conference hall of the Memorial sign. The conference has become traditional and is held for the fourth time. Welcome remarks the conference was opened by the Director of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve of V. F. Mukhametov, also welcomed the participants of the conference, the Head of Spassky municipal district of Tatarstan K. A. Nugaev, Vice-Rector for scientific work of Kazan state University of culture and arts, head of the Volga region Department of UNESCO R. M. Valeev, Director Of the Institute of Oriental studies of international relations of KFU R. R. Khairutdinov and Deputy Director General of the national Museum of Tatarstan for research
S. Y. Izmailov.

Participants of the conference-scientists, postgraduates, researchers of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve, Institute of archeology. A. H. Khalikov, Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, the staff of the municipal local history museums of Western Zakamye of the Republic and historians. They are interested, not indifferent people to the history and preservation of cultural heritage, engaged in the study of archaeological monuments, Ethnography and Museum business. At the conference, they made presentations on their research. The conference provided an opportunity to communicate with each other, to Express new developments, discuss them and make decisions that will be useful in future work, summed up the results of activities for 2018 and defined guidelines for the next year. A collection of presentations was published for the conference.
According to the adopted resolution, the Bulgarian Museum-reserve is a good platform for discussion of issues: protection of cultural heritage, museumification and promotion of monuments, development of tourist infrastructure in the Zakamskaya zone of the Republic of Tatarstan, accounting and storage of Museum values, preservation of spiritual values, traditions of the Tatar people and discussion of other problems facing museums. It was also decided to hold the V Regional scientific-practical conference “Bulgarian Museum-reserve – Keeper of historical and cultural heritage” within the framework of the all-Russian scientific-practical conference.
