On September 5, 2018, during a working visit to Tatarstan, the Bulgarian Museum-reserve, accompanied by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, was visited by the first Deputy head of the presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko.
The guest with great interest visited the complex of The white mosque, as well as the Islamic Academy, where they talked with students and teachers. No less interesting was the visit to the Museum of Bulgarian civilization, a Memorial sign in honor of the adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgars in 922, where the world’s largest printed Quran. Visited architectural monuments of the XIII-XIV centuries, located on the Bulgarian settlement.
