On September 7, 2026, a meeting of the staff took place in the conference hall of the museum and exhibition complex “Memorial Sign” with the participation of Elmira Zaripova, Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of RT, and Roman Islanov, head of the Spassky district.
The director of the Bolgar Museum‑Reserve R.R. Ziganshin delivered a report titled “Information about the activities of the Bolgar Museum‑Reserve in 2026.”
The main event of the meeting was the solemn awarding of the museum’s best employees. Certificates of inclusion in the Electronic Board of Honor of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded to the lecturer‑guide Bitunova Yu. A., the curator of the collections Safina I. I., and the employee of the economic and maintenance service Hitov V. V. This award is recognition of high professional merits and significant contribution to the development of museum work.

The minister and the head of the district congratulated the awardees and thanked all the museum staff for their conscientious work and dedication to their job. Those present noted that the museum’s successes are the result of the coordinated efforts of the entire team.
