Employees of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve Musina G.M. and Osintseva O.P. took part in the International Exhibition of Tourism and the Hospitality Industry MITT-2026 in Moscow at the Crocus Expo IEC, which was held from March 11 to 13.
The exhibition gathered more than 1,000 participants from 34 countries and 54 regions of Russia. It was an opportunity for us not only to present the museum’s tourism potential, but also to adopt the best practices.
The business program of the exhibition included 31 events with the participation of 265 experts.
On the stand of the Republic of Tatarstan, the tourism potential of our region was comprehensively represented. Everyone could get complete information about the main attractions of the region, tourist routes and museum tours.
The scientific staff of the excursion management department enthusiastically told the guests about the World Heritage Site. The participants were introduced not only to the history of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve, but also to its tourist infrastructure. Representatives of foreign countries showed special attention and interest.
The study of new tourism trends, communication with colleagues from other regions of the republic, and partnership agreements were also included in the work at the exhibition stand.
The knowledge and experience gained will allow us to expand our horizons and lay new milestones in the development of the tourism industry. The introduction of best practices will make your vacation in our area even more qualitative and attractive.
