On November 12, 2025, classes continued in the creative studio “Territory of opportunities” and in the craft center “Bulgar Masters” within the framework of the project “Bolgar for All” implemented at the expense of the “Tatneft” Charitable Foundation. On this day, the staff of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve held four classes for 10 students of grades 5-6 of Bolgar boarding school for children with disabilities.
First, an archeology lesson was held for the participants, which introduced them to the craft traditions of the Volga Bulgars. Then the students divided into two subgroups and went to different craft sites. The first subgroup in the carving workshop mastered woodwork – the children sawed out animal figures with a jigsaw and burned wood. In the creative studio, the schoolchildren continued to familiarize themselves with the weaving business: they learned how to weave rugs, and made bracelets. At the end of the event, they painted in the sand to relieve fatigue and tension. As a result, all the little masters were very satisfied with the creative process and the activities in which they were involved.
