On October 17, a researcher of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve O. P. Osintseva delivered a lecture entitled “Journey into the history of Russian costume” to the pupils of Bolgar kindergarten “Kolosok”.
During the lecture, the children learned the history of the Russian national costume, which for centuries reflected culture, status and regional affiliation. Kids learned about the details of the costume, its components, the meaning of color and much more. At the end of the lesson, the children watched themed cartoons and completed creative tasks.
Thirteen pupils took part in the event.
