With the support of the development of inclusive practices in Russian museums “Without Exception” in 2024 by the Charitable Foundation “Svet”, the Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve is implementing the project Inclusive Craft Center “Bolgar Masters”.
The Inclusive Craft Center hosts events with the project participants, consisting of a multimedia training block and master classes in six areas:
1. Soap making
2. Basket weaving
3. Pottery
4. Artistic painting
5. Weaving and sewing
6. Beading.
As part of the project, all participants get acquainted with the craft traditions of Russia and Tatarstan, and take an active part in practical exercises. All products made at the workshops will be displayed at the exhibition site of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization.
The project will be continued according to the approved plan.
