With the support of the Competition for grants from the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of civil society in 2024, the Charitable Foundation “Social Welfare of the Spassky District” together with the Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve implemented the social project Children’s and Youth holiday “Museum Sabantuy” on the territory of the museum-reserve.
A meeting of the organizing committee with the project partners was held to summarize the results of the implementation of this project. They discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the event, as well as analyzed the feedback from the participants. It was decided to hold this event annually with a large coverage of project participants from the Republic of Tatarstan and the regions of Russia.
The organizers of the event believe that the implementation of the project contributes to the preservation and popularization of traditional spiritual and cultural values, develops a tolerant attitude among participants and an interest in learning about the historical traditions of their small homeland.
