On April 10, the head of the department “Museum of Bulgarian Civilization” Zarifullina T.G. and museum curator Kamayeva T.P. held for the students of grade 4 of Bolgar secondary school № 1 an information and cognitive lesson “The world froze in admiration and anxiety, such wonders did not know the XX century …”. The event was devoted to the Day of Aviation and Astronautics on April 12.
The children got acquainted with the first astronauts, rocket developers, artificial satellites and their role in the life of modern man. Kids actively participated in solving riddles on the space theme, shared their knowledge about space, planets, about the dogs Belka and Strelka, the first astronaut spies, and, of course, about cosmonaut No. 1 – Yuri Gagarin. With great interest, children watched the informative video “Space”, after which they participated in the game “Star Words”, solved crossword puzzles and strengthened their knowledge about space, planets and astronauts.
