On March 18, for the pupils of Bolgar boarding school for children with disabilities an employee of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve Rogachyova M.N. delivered a lecture “The heritage of ancestors”, in order to develop in children love and respect for the history of their native land and the cultural heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This day at the lecture, schoolchildren became acquainted with the historical past and cultural heritage of Tatarstan. With great interest, they watched the presentation and the historical cartoon “Arrow of Heritage”. They got additional knowledge about the history of their republic, the cities of Volga Bulgaria, learned how people lived then and what they did. After watching the cartoon, the children had a quiz, to the questions of which they willingly answered, and the most active received books and booklets about the history of Bolgar. Children really liked this form of lecture where they learned a lot of new and interesting things about the history of their small homeland in an accessible form.
