On February 6, 2025, in the district House of Culture was held a report meeting of the Spassky District Council to summarize the results of socio-economic development of the district in 2024 and setting tasks for 2025.
Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan M.G. Ahmetov, State Duma deputy T.P. Larionova, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tourism S.E. Ivanov, Head of Spassky District of RT F.V. Mukhametov, deputies of the Spassky District Council, responsible employees of the Council staff, executive committee, heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions took part in the work of the final meeting.
An exhibition of achievements, goods of enterprises and organizations, agricultural products was prepared in the foyer of the House of Culture, with which the participants of the meeting became acquainted before the beginning of the session. The Bolgar Museum-Reserve presented virtual reality glasses, which allow the viewer to become a direct participant of the path of Ahmad ibn Fadlan and the events of 922, handmade souvenirs made by the masters of the museum-reserve from clay, molding gypsum and vine, as well as a master class on pottery and vine weaving.

Valentin Sinchugov, head of Kimovskoye rural settlement, Bulat Galyautdinov, head of the peasant farm, spoke in the debate. Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ahmetov gave his assessment and made suggestions on the economic development of the district.
At the end of the meeting, there was a solemn ceremony of awarding the best workers of organizations with state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan. The honorary title “Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan” was awarded to the scientific secretary of the Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve G.M. Biryukova.
