On January 10, 2025, in Trehozersky rural library a researcher of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve Musina G.M. for 14 children held a fascinating journey along the river of time “History of New Year’s toy”.
A librarian Zoya Sheronova told the children about when people began to decorate the Christmas tree in Russia and who introduced this tradition. Kids watched an informative video clip.
With the help of a bright presentation, those present became acquainted with the history of the New Year’s toy. Children gladly shared their family traditions of decorating the Christmas tree and told about unique home collections of toys.
A master class on painting souvenirs was also held for schoolchildren.
During the event, Father Frost and Snow Maiden visited the children, congratulated everyone on the New Year and treated them to sweets.
At the end of the event, the children and the village library were presented with books. The event was fun and interesting, gave kids a lot of bright emotions, new knowledge and unforgettable impressions!
