On 17 August 2024, on the territory of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve continued the festival ‘Spiritual Unity of Russia – a message to the world’. Guests, tourists were welcomed and pleased by the ethno-cultural festival ‘Aga Bazar’ – a fair of masters of folk arts and crafts and artisans. During the day, there were various master classes, performances of ethno-music groups, and on the site ‘Chiram’ where a stove gives a special flavor, you could plunge into the delicious atmosphere of folk tea ceremony.
In the museum and exhibition complex ‘Memorial sign in honor of adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgars in 922’, a round table ‘Preservation and development of ethno-cultural heritage: tradition, fashion and design’ was held, as well as the premiere of the animated series ‘Legends of Bolgar’.
The cultural evening ended with a program of musical performances: the children’s group ‘Adymnar-Kazan’, the State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Tatarstan under the direction of People’s Artist of RT Milyausha Tamindarova, the experimental musical project ‘AB1EM Project’ and the Honored Artist of Russia, poet Vlad Malenko.
The festival will continue until 18 August.
