On June 21, 2024, the head of the museum “Suvar” Sadrieva N.M. spoke in the “Community Spasskaya” in the village of Balymery with the theme “I call to remember forever”. There were stories about the causes of the Second World War and the attack of Nazi Germany on the USSR in June 1941, about the beginning of the war on June 22, 1941 and the heroism of Soviet soldiers and commanders who entered into mortal combat with the terrible enemy. The visitors learned about the courage of border guards in the area of Bialystok, the unparalleled feats of adults and children, about the feat of pilots of the PS-40 crew who died near the village of Kuznechiha on November 9, 1941.
The performance was accompanied by demonstration of documents, materials, photos telling about those heroic pages of our history and heroes of those times.
On the eve of the Day of Memory and Mourning, the day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, in the museum “Suvar” was designed a stand about how this day touched the village of Kuznechiha, from which 800 people went to the front. N.M. Sadrieva visited the memorial of the crew of PS-40, cleaned up the grave of the glorious pilots and laid flowers.
All this proves that the heroic events of those years are alive in our memory and are carefully preserved and passed from generation to generation.
The event was attended by 20 people.
