On 14 June 2024, an employee of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve Usmanova D.O. held an event on “Architectural stories of ancient Bolgar” for 25 students of the school camp of Bolgar secondary school № 2.
The event was held in a game form. The children made a fascinating journey into the history of Volga Bulgaria. While visiting the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization the pupils saw unique archaeological finds, medieval household items, jewelry, weapons, got acquainted with craft traditions, heard legends connected with ancient architectural monuments of the Bolgar settlement.
At the end of the event, a fascinating game was held, in which children performed various tasks: sang, danced and told poems. All participants got many bright impressions.
