On May 18, 2024, in the Bolgar Museum-Reserve within the framework of the All-Russian action “Night of Museums”, in the museum-exhibition complex “Memorial sign in honor of adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgars in 922” was held the opening of the exhibition “Rizaetdin Fakhreddin – scientist and theologian” timed to the 95th anniversary of his birth. The exhibition presents museum items, documents and personal belongings of the religious figure from the funds of the Memorial Museum of R. Fakhreddin in Kichuchatovo village of Almetyevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the conference hall of the Museum of Koran, there was a screening of the documentary film “Ibn Fadlan” dedicated to the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria.
