On 9 May 2024, at the exhibition grounds of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization took place the opening of the exhibition “There was a War. There was Victory…”
On 9 May, Russia every year celebrates the national holiday – Victory Day, commemorating the victorious conclusion of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The exhibition is dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the Victory over fascism.
At the exhibition, weapons of the Great Patriotic War, soldiers’ award lists, soldiers’ bowler, flask, soldiers’ uniforms were presented to the attention of the audience. All items are from the collections of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve.
