February 23 is a day of honor, dignity, bravery, courage and loyalty. It gives birth to pride for the feat of fathers and grandfathers who defended the Motherland in difficult times of war. It gives birth to memories of friends and comrades in military service, makes us work for the sake of our Army and Navy to be the best in the world, for our Motherland to be the first among equals in the world community. The children became acquainted with the history of the holiday, learnt about how its name changed from 1922 to the present day, actively participated in the conversation about the meaning of the concept of “patriotism”.
In the entertainment part of the event, children showed their agility, wit, quickness, marksmanship and skill, participating in fun contests, quizzes and games. Everyone had a great time, everyone won by right! All participants of the meeting were awarded with sweet prizes.
