On February 14, 2024, a research worker of the Bolgar Museum-Reserve Vagapov R.Z. took part in the work of the jury of the republican competition of student works (projects) “Folk calendar in the human economic activity”, which was organized and held on the basis of Spassky technical school of sectoral technologies.
The aim of the contest is to preserve and study folk traditions, rituals, customs, holidays of the peoples living on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, to expand ideas about the culture of the peoples, to develop aesthetic and moral perception of the world and their influence on human economic activity.
Twelve best works made by students of technical schools and colleges of the Republic of Tatarstan were selected for the full-time stage. All participants tried to defend adequately their projects, show the distinctive features of the created calendars and demonstrate their creative abilities.
The project “Folk calendar in the human economic activity” aroused genuine interest among the participants.
