On June 15, 2023, an employee of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Usmanova D. O. held an event on “Along the paths of ancient Bolgar” for 27 students from Kursk.
The event was held in the form of a game. Children took a fascinating journey into the history of Volga Bulgaria. While visiting the Museum of Bulgarian civilization, schoolchildren saw unique archeological findings, medieval household items, jewelry and weapons, learned about handicraft traditions and heard legends about the ancient architectural monuments of the Bolgar settlement. Kids visited the Memorial Sign and saw the largest printed Koran in the world.
At the end of the tour, an exciting game was held, in which children performed various tasks: singing, dancing, reciting poems. The winner of the game received a tyubeteika. All the participants got a lot of bright impressions.
