On May 9, 2023, in Bolgar Museum-Reserve an action “Field mail” was held as part of the celebration of Victory Day.
At the interactive platform, visitors were invited to write a letter of wishes to the Russian soldiers. Everyone who wished was able to express his support of the participants of the special military operation. The soldiers were wished health and a speedy return home. Some wrote whole essays about how they admired their exploits, and children drew drawings. The letters were put into triangles.
In honor of Victory Day, guests of the museum-reserve were given St. George ribbons – a symbol of memory of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
More than 120 people from different cities took part in the action: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, Buinsk, Volgograd, Kaluga, Ryazan and Ufa.
