On April 14, 2023, the head of the branch “Suvar” of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Sadrieva N. M. spoke at the Antonovskaya school about the heroism of our people during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Part of the speech was devoted to our compatriots. The topic of heroism of our soldiers in the special military operation was also touched upon. Especially children were fascinated by the story about the siege survivor Z. Ziganshina. At the end of the meeting, students wrote their responses about the significance for them of the stories about the events of those years.
Then, in the village of Tatarskaya Tahtala, Sadrieva N. M. met with the family of the Shamsutdinovs. Salima Nuriakhmetovna and Imammutdin Kiyamovich spoke very warmly about their teachers. Z. Ziganshina lives in Kazan. She is 91 years old but she still remembers everything of the past years especially the time when she lived in blockade Leningrad as a girl. Her father died in the war. Zaugariya Musinovna always ends her memories with the phrase “Anything but war!”
Meetings with students and teachers, with the Shamsutdinov family were exceptionally warm and interesting.
