In 2023, during the application campaign the TATNEFT Charity Fund received 1,594 applications in nine nominations, which were reviewed and evaluated by experts.
The Steering Committee of the Contest selected 122 applications for the total amount of 114.2 million rubles. Applicants applied in the following categories: “Protection of vulnerable people”, “Family, maternity, fatherhood and childhood”, “Healthy lifestyle and tourism”, “Science, education and enlightenment”, “Culture and art”, “Preservation of historical heritage”, “Environmental protection and animal welfare”, “Youth projects” and “Development of carting clubs in the southeast of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Applications were accepted both from individuals who were of legal age on the date of application and from non-profit non-governmental organizations engaged, in accordance with the charter, in one or more activities appropriate to the areas of the competition.
The winners of the competition included:
1. G. R. Prokofieva, Head of the excursion department of Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve with the project “Bolgar for Everyone”. Creation of conditions for activities with children with disabilities and healthy peers, with children of mobilized citizens in inclusive groups in the creative studio “Territory of possibilities” and in the craft center “Bolgar masters” in the socio-cultural space of the museum-reserve; introducing the cultural heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan; the formation of tolerance among healthy children in relation to special children.
2. G. M. Zarifullina, Head of the department of accounting museum collections of Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve with the project “Age is only a number”. Creation of a hobby club for organizing leisure time and social-psychological support for veterans (pensioners) of Spassky district.
3. L. Sh. Sagirova, methodologist of the museum-educational department of Bolgar State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve with the project “The feat of A. Alish in the hearts of generations”. Preservation of the cultural heritage of A. Alish, a Tatar writer, poet, anti-fascist hero and our countryman, popularization of his work among preschoolers and schoolchildren of Spassky municipal district.
