On February 15, 2023, in the District House of Culture of Bolgar town, a reporting meeting of the Council of Spassky municipal district of RT on summarizing the socio-economic development of the district in 2022 and setting tasks for 2023 was held. Chairman of the State Council of RT F. H. Muhametshin, Chairman of the State Committee of RT on Tourism S. E. Ivanov, Head of Spassky district F. V. Mukhametov, Deputy Head of Spassky district S. I. Tyunev, deputies of the Spassky District Council and invited guests attended the final meeting. F. V. Mukhametov reported the results of socio-economic development of Spassky district for 2022 and the tasks for 2023. During the debate, the head of the Antonovskoye village Vladimir Frolov, the chief physician of the Spassky CDH Roman Akhmetzyanov, director of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Ramil Ziganshin spoke. The results of the museum-reserve in 2022 were summed up. F. H. Muhametshin gave his suggestions for the economic development of the district.
In the foyer of the House of Culture, an exhibition of local products was prepared. Bolgar Museum-Reserve presented virtual reality glasses that allow the viewer to become a direct participant in the journey of Ahmad ibn Fadlan and the arrival of the embassy in Volga Bulgaria, handmade souvenirs made by masters of clay, plaster and vine, as well as a master class in pottery.
At the end of the meeting of the Council of Spassky municipal district of RT, a ceremony of awarding the best employees of organizations with state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.
