On January 2, 2023, in Bolgar Museum-Reserve, Father Frost and Snow Maiden greeted the guests with the theatrical performance “Meeting at the Christmas tree”. Under the incendiary New Year rhythms, they held competitions, games, riddles and danced around the Christmas tree. At the gastronomic site “Bolgar tea party”, guests tasted pancakes baked on a fire and drank traditional herbal tea. In the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization, there was an interactive site “New Year’s workshop of Khanbike” with master classes in pottery, making dolls-amulets and Christmas toys. With the help of our skilled artisans, everyone could make a unique souvenir for themselves and their loved ones.
On this day, Bolgar Museum-Reserve welcomed guests from different cities of Russia: Moscow, Samara, Ufa, Kazan and others.
All New Year vacations, Bolgar Museum-Reserve is open to visitors from 8:00 to 17:00.
