On 12 June 2022, a staff member of the Department of Guided Tours Organization of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Mukhamedov V. A. held for visitors an event on “The revival of Russia” devoted to the Day of Russia.
On 12 June, we celebrate one of the most important holidays of our country – Day of Russia. On 12 June 1990, a Declaration on state sovereignty of the RSFSR was adopted, and a new page of history opened in the country. Clearly, on that day we should remember what our Homeland is for us; remember heroes, scientists, writers and artists Russia and all the world are proud of. Indeed, this is a holiday of Russian statehood when we can be proud of our history and people.
During the event, the guests became acquainted with the history of the late Soviet period, learned about collapse of the USSR, the proclamation of Declaration of State Sovereignty of Russia and the consequences of these events in the history of our country.
