A Great Russian poet and writer A. S. Pushkin was born in Moscow on 6 June 1799. From early childhood, he grew up in the literary world that is why it is safe to say that his future was predestined. Pushkin’s nanny Arina Rodionovna had a tremendous impact on the future poet. He remembered her all his life and devoted numerous literary works to her.
Peculiarities of Pushkin’s fairy tales are dynamic plot, unusual situations and events full of miracles and luxury. Each detail is natural in them, tied to life or taken from the world around a child that is why it is easy to read and understand them. Many heroes of Pushkin’s fairy tales behave like people from the labor, peasant environment. They can light a fire, clean the house thus help to educate children to respect work.
On 6 June 2022, a research associate of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Musina G. M. held an event on “There, on unknown paths…” for the children of Bolgar kindergarten “Rodnichok”. The event was devoted to the 223rd anniversary of the birth of the poet. Children answered the questions and carried out the tasks of a quiz on works by A. S. Pushkin, watched a presentation and participated in mobile games. The purpose of this event was increasing children’s knowledge about Pushkin’s fairy tales, developing interest in reading and raising a sense of pride for the Great Russian poet.
