On 1 June 2022, a quest-game “Entertaining cross – the way of a warrior” was held in the territory of Bolgar Museum-Reserve for the participants of a school camp of Bolgar comprehensive school №2. The event was devoted to International Children’s Day.
Children took part in the historical reconstruction of military play: threw spears and darts, shot arrows, threw “sulitsy” (medieval small spears) and fulfilled intellectual tasks.
Boys and girls went the “way of a warrior” merrily, fervently and successfully. They showed their strength, agility and good knowledge of the history of Bolgar. At the end of the game, all children received commemorative gifts from Bolgar Museum-Reserve.
