On May 18, 2022, an employee of the museum “Suvar” of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Sadrieva N.M. held an event “We, museums and the world around” dedicated to the International Day of Museums.
A group of veterans of pedagogical labor from the village of Burakovo visited the museum “Suvar”. There was developed a special program of the meeting: an interactive tour, a relaxed conversation over a cup of tea about the work and events related to the pioneer movement, the 100th anniversary of which is marked today, the performance of songs on the themes of the native land and pioneering.
Veterans-teachers actively examined the museum exposition and answered questions related to the history of the region. Then they recollected their work, to which they devoted their lives, talked about how they now spend their leisure time. At the end of the meeting, on behalf of the head of the museum “Suvar” Sadrieva N. M., the participants were awarded with diplomas for love to their native land and its history.
In the evening, children and adults gathered at the “EVENING IN THE MUSEUM”. Its program included a story about the history of the International Museum Day, meeting with active friends of the museum, rewarding them for their active assistance in the work of the museum, political battle “The world around us” for pupils of grades 1-7 of Kuznechikhinskaya school about tolerance, unity and harmony between people of different nationalities. At the end, the participants of the event discussed the request of searchers from Ulyanovsk and Moscow to help their colleague Denis Kuleshov who was seriously wounded near Mariupol and is now being treated in hospital. They decided to patronize him, write him letters and poems with good wishes and collect a parcel.
The event was heartwarming and emotional and left a very good impression. Children and adults were very happy. The holiday ended with a tea party with sweets.
