On 8-9 April 2022, the 26th International specialized exhibition “Tourism. Sport. Active leisure” took place in the Exhibition Center “Kazan Fair”.
This is a meeting place for the participants of tourism industry from all over Russia who come to Kazan annually to present their tourism potential and to popularize new directions and routes among broad sections of the population.
31 companies from 9 cities and regions of Russia participated in the exhibition. The main expositions were collective stands of the Altai Territory, the Leningrad region and the Stavropol Territory.
Bolgar Museum-Reserve traditionally took part in this exhibition. Visitors were offered a large selection of excursion routes, cultural-informative programs, quests, master classes for children and adults, and it was possible to walk around the cultural-historical sights of Bolgar using 3D glasses.
During the exhibition, there was an interesting business program with the participation of experts in the field of hospitality and tourism. A key event of the business program was a presentation of the Altai tourist region “Welcome to the Altai Territory”. Ten leading organizations of tourist industry presented tourism programs and services, author and excursion routes. Staff members of Bolgar Museum-Reserve visited the presentation of the Altai Territory, met with the representatives of AltaiTourCenter and discussed the possibility of further cooperation.
