On 3 October 2021, a staff member of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Ahundov N. O. held a quest-game “In search of the hoard” for the students of Bolgar sanatorium-type residential school.
During the event, using a map of Bolgar town children were looking for ancient buildings of Bolgar where the fragments of pottery with letters were hidden. Coming through six objects of the museum-reserve schoolchildren gathered all letters and made the word “BOLGAR”. At the last station, a hidden treasure of souvenirs and sweets was waiting for the kids.
At the end of the game, the team of schoolchildren turned out to be cohesive and friendly and divided the hoard between themselves.
