On 6 August 2021, a staff member of the Department of Guided Tours Organization of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Rogachyova M. N. held for tourists a thematic event on “Estates of the nobles on the territory of Spassky uyezd”. The purpose was to introduce the guests to the exposition of the museum “The nobility of Spassky uyezd” and to reveal the history of Spassky district in more depth.
The visitors had a tour of the museum and became acquainted with the history of famous noble families living on the territory of Spassky uyezd. The guests heard a story about eminent personalities of the families of Likhachyov and Molostvov and saw the exposition of rich people’s lifestyle.
During the event, tourists remembered the ways of entertainment of that time and with pleasure participated in an old parlor game – “Charade”. At the end, walking around the territory and the garden of the museum the guests dived into the era of nobles’ life of the end of XIX-the beginning of XX centuries.
