On 15 June 2021, in the exhibition area of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization opened the exhibition “Colors of summer” devoted to the same-named season of the year. Summer is a long-awaited time full of impressions. Nature reaches its bloom and inspires artists with its beauty and diversity.
The exposition includes more than ten paintings of Lyvin S. O., Khalikov F. G., Kirgizin V. N. and Zagidullin R. G. from the funds of Bolgar Museum-Reserve. Most of the paintings are traditionally presented in technique of oil and acrylic. The subject of each manmade work is wonderful summer.
At the exhibition, visitors can see summer landscapes of the native land, genre scenes of life and fantasy works. In them, there are succulent colors of hardwood forests, the magnificence of a carpet from grass and flowers soaked with harmony of warmth. Such paintings make you feel good and inspire optimism.
The exhibition will last until 10 August 2021.
