On 9 June 2021, as part of a working visit to Tatarstan the head of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) A. S. Nikolayev with an excursion program visited Bolgar Museum-Reserve.
A. S. Nikolayev and Vice-Premier of the State Council of RT T. P. Larionova were met in national traditions with chak-chak, bread and salt. The guests became familiar with the exposition of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization and visited the Memorial Sign in honor of adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgars in 922. As part of the tour program, the visitors looked at architectural monuments of XIII-XIV centuries and at the end visited the complex “White Mosque”.
