On 24 December 2020, staff members of the department “The funds” and the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization held New Year’s event on “Visiting a fairy tale” for the children of the staff of Bolgar Museum-Reserve.
New Year is the brightest holiday that people wait for in every home, in every family. For children New Year is something fantastic, unique and magic. This holiday is invariably accompanied by merry bothers. During this time, we all try to be magicians and good fairies.
Staff members of the museum-reserve prepared a fascinating scenario of New Year show, which was interesting for babies and for primary school children.
Staff members turned into fairytale and cartoon characters and played funny Grandfather Frost, sad and kind Snow Maiden, playful and merry kittens Korzhik, Karamelka and Kompot, Winter Fairy, devious Leshy and Koschei, glamorous Baba Yaga. Many obstacles were waiting for the heroes on the way. The key to New Year clock was stolen, and kittens with children went to seek it. Only after passing all challenges and completing the tasks, they could go further and save the New Year. Fairytale heroes, mobile dances and riddles were waiting for all kids on the holiday. Their efforts and savvy were rewarded with meeting with Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden and saving the New Year. Children were happy to see Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden, told poetry and danced with them.
Photo zones were organized for the guests of the New Year’s show where kids and their parents had an opportunity to take pictures with fairytale heroes. At the end of the event, children received sweets.
