On 16 November 2020, a staff member of the Department of Guided Tours Organization of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Rogachyova M. N. held a lecture on “Alish: life, work, feat” for the students of the 4th grade of Bolgar sanatorium-type residential school. The activity was devoted to the life and work of Abdulla Alish.
Abdulla Alish, native of Spassky district, is Tatar children’s author, and his work is especially interesting for young and middle-aged children. A heroic feat of Alish – an associate of Musa Jalil during the Great Patriotic War – is a shining example for the military-patriotic education of young people.
At the lecture, students saw a presentation and became acquainted with the biography of the writer and his works for children. The kids remembered once more fairy tales of Alish looking at his books and watching cartoons. They willingly answered the questions of a quiz and told about writer’s stories they have read. The most active participants received memorable certificates.
